Preparation
  1. Prepare the vegetables

    Place the chopped onion and whole garlic cloves in an oven-safe dish. Add paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil.

    Mix well so the vegetables are evenly coated.

    Stir once halfway through cooking.

  3. Make the sauce
